Holiday Gala 2015

From the very beginning when you entered the Allstream Centre and were greeted by the Harpist sponsored by Carol Priest Entertainment to the end with the talented Avery and Countermeasure (A-Capella Group), sponsored by The Idea Hunter, we endeavoured to give a different experience during the evening.

The Allstream Centre provided an excellent venue for this event with easy access, plenty of room to move around, take in the marketplace and bid on the silent auction items. Cerise Fine Catering’s chef was very creative in the food stations set up in the reception area and with the meal.  Perhaps a new idea for your next event. Continuing on with the reception, Glisse on Ice provided unique entertainment with skaters inside.  No real ice needed to do this.

Let’s not forget Ottawa Tourism and the Shaw Centre, our Marquee Sponsors, for their continued support of all the chapter events. The cookies they provided were so cute that we’re sure many children had smiley faces when they saw them the next morning.

PSAV brought great creative ideas to the event, including the snow globe that filled when it was announced that we had hit our fundraising goal. It’s not always easy to fit the vision of a committee, but PSAV did exactly that. The room looked amazing. Adding to the look of the event were chairs by Detailz Chair Couture and décor/linens and centerpieces by DT Floral and Décor.

Ignite provided festive bags for those who shopped the marketplace. Visit the website or the MPI Toronto Facebook page to see photos from the event sponsored by The Image Commission. And of course, D.E. Systems provided the much-needed and efficient registration system.

We would like to thank all the donors to the silent and live auction and our corporate table sponsors who supported this event. Your support helps make this event such a success.
