New for 2016! Campfires have long been a source of light and warmth, conduits of conversation and inspiration. Facilitated by industry experts, campfire sessions will be your chance to ask your most burning questions, discuss hot topics and trends and share best practices with your peers.

 

Join Ravine Winery winemaker Martin Werner on May 16 for his campfire session – Wine 101. Martin will chat with the group about what makes the Niagara wine region so different compared to others and about Ravine’s wines that he produces, as well as "organic" and "not organic" wines. Discuss wine selection for meals and how to choose the right wine for a crowd.
