TEC 2014Are you going to the Toronto Education Conference this year? Are you familiar with all of the new event trends and standards within our industry?

The Toronto Education Conference is taking place in Niagara Falls on June 15-17, 2014. We are all really excited about this dynamic program with networking opportunities, continuing education and conversations on all of the latest trends and topics in our industry.

The Toronto Education Conference will be covering various topics throughout these two full days that will relate to everyone in our industry whether you are a supplier or planner. Click here to view the conference schedule.

Do you need CEU clock hours that you can use towards your CMP? You can get them here! The CIC has reviewed all of our sessions and has verified the TEC Conference for 16 hours – 2.5 of these hours are in our keynote sessions alone!

Our highlighted keynote speakers for the conference are:

Matt Tenney will speak on "How to Serve to be Great." This session will give you 1.5 clock hours, as well as a learning takeaway! You will learn how to attract and retain highly talented people, increase the engagement levels of team members and you will be able to create a team culture that delivers world-class customer service, which is also conducive to innovation.

Michael Dominguez will be speaking on the "State of the Industry." In Michael’s session, you will earn one clock hour and will walk away with an understanding of pricing demands in today’s market, a review of the industry forecast for major North American markets, and understanding of the demographic changes and their impact of meetings and a review of the future of meetings and the changes that will be driven by innovation.

Our closing keynote speaker is a session not to miss! Stuart Knight is the author of "You Should Have Asked – The Art of Powerful Conversation." In his keynote, he will be digging deeper into the "Four Conversations of a Leader." Stuart will have you laughing and thinking, and it will leave you with a new perspective on what a powerful relationship looks like.
