What is your MPI Board up to?  We want you to be in the know, so here are a few items we're working on:

  • MPI CONNECT events on Janaury 24th were very successful, offering an open forum to discuss latest trends and issues in our industry.  Look for another MPI CONNECT event(s) in late March/early April - free for MPI members
  • The Board discussed the latest information available from the Business Events Industry Council of Canada (BEICC)
  • Travel Industry Council of Canada (TICO) - Ontario Regulation 26/05- how will this legislation affect the independent planner? MPI Toronto will be holding a town hall to discuss this important issue towards the end of February, offering a chance for MPI members to learn more about this issue and have open discussion with fellow planning professionals
