It’s official! HER Seat at the Table, in collaboration with Courtney Stanley’s Women to Watch, has been invited to co-create a featured Learning Journey experience at MPI World Education Congress (WEC) in St. Louis this June.

Join other leading women on Wednesday, June 18 from 2:00–5:00 PM for Learning Journey: Women in Business – A Journey of Resilience & Connection — a transformational activation hosted at Energizer Park, a dynamic venue owned and led by a female CEO and visionary leader.

This session is proudly sponsored by Encore Global and made possible thanks to the forward-thinking vision of the WEC Global Education Team, who recognized the need to spotlight women’s leadership in a more intentional, immersive way.

This curated experience brings together Courtney Stanley, award-winning speaker and founder of Women to Watch, and Connie Cay-Santos, CEO & Founder of HER Seat at the Table and CAY VII INC. Together, they will lead a dynamic session rooted in connection, storytelling, and empowerment—designed to reflect the diversity of women’s leadership journeys across the global business events community.

More than a panel or keynote, this Learning Journey is an invitation to:

  • Reflect on what authentic leadership looks like today
  • Navigate transitions with courage and community
  • Celebrate resilience and redefine success on your own terms
  • Build meaningful, supportive relationships with women across the industry

This event will feature a fantastic lineup of guest speakers and facilitators, each bringing their lived experience and leadership insights to the conversation. Attendees will walk away not just inspired but equipped with real strategies and relationships to carry forward.

As Connie Cay-Santos shares:

We’re not just talking about leadership—we’re creating space where it’s embodied, celebrated, and reimagined. This is what HER Seat at the Table was built for.”

This experience is ideal for:

  • Women in leadership or in transition
  • Emerging professionals seeking inspiration and mentorship
  • Industry allies who want to elevate and support female leadership
  • Anyone ready to rethink how we build leadership culture through collaboration, not competition

Spots for this session are limited and registration is available through the WEC Experience Journey portal. If you’ve already secured your WEC pass, be sure to sign up early to secure your place.
