In order to have meaningful dialogue, goals, and actionable plans for
diversity you must have the critical elements of inclusion, belonging,
and respect. We collectively play a part in culture. Ask if your culture is
one where differences are celebrated and not ostracized.
This month let’s lean in and use our collective voices and platform to
make a difference.
In the words of the great Roberto Clemente, “If you have an
opportunity to make things better and you don’t; you are wasting your
time on earth.”
