Hello MPIGNY! As we welcome summer to New York, we're also welcoming our incoming Board of Directors for 2017-18. It is my distinct pleasure and honor to serve as your MPIGNY Board of Directors President for the coming year. We recently held our annual retreat at the amazing Kalahari Resorts where we planned for the year to come. Get excited for a series of fantastic networking events — starting with our Annual Golf Outing on July 20 — and an outstanding lineup of education sessions to enrich you. And don't forget about our new community service initiatives, starting with the Damon Runyon 5K at Yankee Stadium on July 15. It's never a bad time to give back to our great city and community! Thousands of supporters will run through Yankee Stadium to participate in the ninth annual Runyon 5K, a unique fundraising event to support innovative and groundbreaking cancer research.

Ask friends and family for donations. 100 percent of donations you raise in support of your run/walk will go to innovative cancer research by today’s best young scientists, funded by the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation.
Route
The 5K Route will involve running/walking around the warning track around the field, and climbing stairs to the different concourse levels.
