Welcome to September, Greater New York! As we are gearing up for a busy fall, we reflect on what has happened over the past month. August kicked off with the Industry Summer Bash which brought together the greatest meetings & events professionals in the area. The cross-association event was hugely successful, sold out networking event held at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge. See down below for photos of the evening!

As school is back in session, MPI Greater New York is thrilled to start September with our first education taking place on Monday, September 17th at Convene 75 Rockefeller Plaza. The program promises to be informative and exciting for all! To learn more and register, please see the link below.

Join your fellow MPIGNY members for a great volunteer opportunity at Gods Love We Deliver in SoHo. Help us as we prepare meals for the homeless and needy in our local New York City community.

Tasks may include packaging meals, chopping onions, ladling soup, peeling potatoes or making meatballs. Volunteers can also package meal bundles for clients and assemble children's meal kits.

About: God’s Love We Deliver is the New York metropolitan area’s leading provider of life-sustaining meals and nutrition counseling for people living with severe illnesses. Begun as an HIV/AIDS service organization, today God’s Love provides for people living with more than 200 individual diagnoses. God’s Love cooks and home delivers the specific, nutritious meals a client’s severe illness and treatment so urgently require. Meals are individually tailored for each client by one of our Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, and all clients have access to unlimited nutrition counseling. God’s Love supports families by providing meals for the children and senior caregivers of its clients.
