TUESDAY, September 29: Get a Move On with MPIGNY

MPIGNY's first virtual fitness event, "Get a Move On with MPIGNY," held on Tuesday, Sept. 29, received rave reviews from everyone who attended. Whether you were up early for the HIIT Workout, took an afternoon break with Chair Yoga or ended your day stretching through the Pilates class, there was something for everyone. We appreciate everyone who attended and hope you enjoyed the break from your daily routine!
