As part of our ongoing commitment to God's Love We Deliver, MPIGNY participated in the Race to Deliver last November, and we had planned to participate again this year. Unfortunately, as we all know, 2020 had other plans and has forced us all to adapt to the challenges of COVID-19. And adapt we did! With the race going virtual this year, MPIGNY is still doing its part to support the fundraising efforts of God's Love.
We are proud once again to build a team of dedicated volunteers raising much-needed funds for The Race To Deliver, one of GLWD's largest annual fundraisers. While we won't be able to run with all of our fellow racers on Sunday, Nov. 22, we will, individually and safely, take to our neighborhood streets or the treadmill in our basement, and together we will raise more money for God's Love than we ever could alone!
Our dedicated team of volunteers are the lifeblood of the CSR team, without whom we could not support God's Love. And as we continue to seek out opportunities for our membership to help fellow New Yorkers during this time of social distancing, MPIGNY is proud to support this effort. We are pledging to raise $1,000 toward GLWD's ultimate campaign goal of $250,000. Won't you please join us by making a donation? Any amount will help!
