"Que Sera, Sera"
I am a Global Event Lead on the TikTok Global Business Marketing team. Outside of work, I absolutely am beyond passionate about dog rescue. I have been doing it for over 10 years and I couldn't think of anything more rewarding. After initially joining the Chicago Chapter, I’ve now been a member of MPIGNY since 2018. I absolutely love MPI, and it has helped me tremendously. Not only have I made friends for a lifetime, but I have also learned so much from my peers. There is always something new to learn and being humble in this environment is key. Take it all in, step back, and listen. Along with Travis Pham, VP of Education, we hope our members gain nuggets of information from key industry professionals on topics that are trending and critical in our industry.

"You are your greatest project, never stop working on yourself." I just joined MPIGNY around six months ago. I'm hoping to expand my knowledge of the area and meet industry locals. I'd love to engage with planners or sourcing managers. Even better if you book programs in the Southeast - let's connect and I'll tell you why you should bring your next meeting to Charlotte! Join us in celebrating Global Meetings Industry Day on April 11, 2024, at Convene's newly renovated event space - 101 Park Avenue! Innovative, collaborative, and strategic diversity and inclusion (D&I) thought leader, Shalynne Jackson, will lead us in a deep dive into what Diversity & Inclusion is and is not. It is myth-busting in an interactive, disarming way! Following her talk, she will be moderating a panel of suppliers and planners to get their take on how they are incorporating D&I initiatives within their respective fields, and companies, and designing meetings in an inclusive manner. We are excited to once again host the MPI Greater New York Kalahari Resorts Golf Outing. This will be the 33rd year of this annual tradition and we are geared up to bring you the best one yet! We are proud to announce that the event will be held at NY Country Club in Spring Valley, New York. Located in the hills of Rockland County, New York Country Club is home to some of the most scenic locations in the tri-state area. The golf course is located only 15 minutes from the Tappan Zee Bridge and a 30-minute drive from the George Washington Bridge. NY Country Club has been voted as one of the “Best Places to Play” by Golf Digest. While we have changed locations, the experience that will be received from the outing has not. Get ready to gather your foursomes or partner with us! Join us solo or with a group! Stay all day or join for cocktails and dinner!
