ALAN is officially mobilized to assist with relief efforts for this emergency and is currently working with government and nonprofit partners to assess any potential impacts and response actions.

Manufacturing and supply chain professionals converged on Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center last week as they came together for MODEX 2020 to find new equipment and technology solutions, gain knowledge and network with industry peers to solve common supply chain challenges. Based on the information from the WHO, CDC and local authorities at the time with regard to COVID-19, the MODEX 2020 expo was held as scheduled March 9-12 with 894 exhibits covering 355,790 net square feet.
  
There was a great deal of news coming from the MODEX 2020 show floor last week. Here are a sampling of stories from last week’s event.
ProMat 2019 has been awarded Trade Show Executive’s Fastest 50 awards. Trade Show Executive curates the top 50 trade shows of the year that have the fastest growth in three categories: by net square feet, by exhibitors, and by attendees. ProMat 2019 has been awarded a Fastest 50 for net square feet and attendee growth.
