Member Update
The executives of MCA Canada recently held four days of meetings from March 14 to 17 that helped set the direction of the association in the year ahead. Those groups that met over the course of the program were the MCA Canada executive board, the Conference Committee, all standing committees, the Construction Education Council, the board of the Mechanical Service Contractors of Canada and the MCA Managers’ Council.
Keep an eye out for details of each in future editions of Just the Fax.

It is with a heavy heart that we must share the sad news of the passing of a wonderful lady, Mrs. Rita McCabe, beloved wife of MCA Toronto Executive Vice President Brian McCabe. Rita left us suddenly but peacefully while with Brian in Orlando, Florida. Our hearts go out to their children Wendy (Jason), Brian (Ashlyn) and Jennifer (Cody). While Rita is no longer with us, her legacy will live on for ages. She will remain in the hearts and souls of all the people who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Visitation will be held on March 28 and 29 from 2pm to 8pm at Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, 20846 Dalton Road, Sutton, Ontario. Funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 28118 Highway 48, Virginia, Ontario, on March 30 at 1:00 pm followed by interment at St. Anthony's Catholic Church Cemetery.
Donations in memory of Rita can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Mesothelioma Research Fund at Princess Margaret Hospital. Memorial condolences may be made at www.forrestandtaylor.com.
