The team constructing 16 York, an 870,000-square-foot office space project in the South Core District in Toronto, is using Job Site Insights, a smart construction platform that PCL Construction developed in partnership with Microsoft. Internet of Things sensors collect data, such as temperature, humidity and dust conditions, that is shared with the project team.
