Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Membership of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada

Date: October 1, 2022
Time: 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM (Atlantic)
Location: Marriott Habourfront Hotel, Halifax, NS
Meeting Chair: MCAC President, Wayne Davidson - Davidson Bros Mechanical Contractors Ltd.

The Meeting will be held for the following purposes:

1. to receive and consider the consolidated financial statements of MCA Canada for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2021,
2. to appoint the auditors for the ensuing year,
3. to conduct elections for the Board of Directors,
4. the approval of the action of the Board during the preceding year.

The Agenda will be available on the MCAC website in the Members' Area and during the Annual General Meeting.

To facilitate scheduling of this agenda and to allow sufficient time for matters which members wish to raise under Other Business to be discussed, please submit in writing to the MCAC any items you would like to raise, no later than 5:00 pm on September 22.
