Every year, the Construction Education Council and the University of Waterloo partner to offer the hugely popular, Gold- and Blue-Seal accredited Project Management Program.

This year’s session marks the 39th time the program has been offered, and to date nearly 1,000 people have taken the training. The program takes place over a 10-day period and is split into two five-day sessions. The first runs from November 24 to 28; and the second, between December 15 and 19.

Topics include project administration, scheduling, managing individual differences, safety, change orders, construction law, job cost controls, meetings and communication, dispute avoidance and claims, labour relations/due diligence and project completion.
