To our valued members,

On behalf of MCA Canada, I hope you are all staying safe and healthy as we head into the Fall. I also want to add that I hope everyone can take some time today to reflect, as the country recognizes the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation.  As we head into Fall, there has been a lot going on across Canada over this last month, and plenty of activity at MCA Canada as well.  This week we were pleased to hold our first in-person event since the start of the pandemic, with our 16th Annual Construction Education Council Golf Tournament. We had a beautiful day, and I want to thank all of the golfers and sponsors who took part.

We are also finalizing the recipients for this year’s Richard McKeagan Scholarship Series. We had a record number of applicants this year, and we are so happy to be supporting the next generation of leaders in our industry.  Plans are now underway for this year’s AGM, and more information will be sent to members in the coming weeks.

To that, we want to encourage members to reach out to our office with questions or concerns, as well as to talk about any issues MCA Canada can assist with. On behalf of the association, thank you for your ongoing support of your provincial and national association.

Sincerely,

Tania Johnston
Chief Executive Officer

MCA Canada
