A reminder to members to register for the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada, which will be held Tuesday December 7, 2021 in a virtual format.
 
Once registered, members will be authenticated and receive an access link and password to attend.

Meeting Agenda

Per the bylaws of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada, the business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting shall include:

(a) the submission of the reports of the President, Secretary-Treasurer, the Auditors and of the financial statements of the Association; (b) the appointment of Auditors; (c) the approval of the action of the board during the preceding year. (d) the election of directors.

The Agenda will be available prior to the meeting and throughout the Annual General Meeting.

Submit Other Business by November 26, 2021

To facilitate scheduling of this Agenda and to allow sufficient time for matters which members wish to raise under Other Business to be discussed, please submit in writing to the MCAC any item(s) you would like to raise, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 26, 2021.

Deadline to Register for AGM is December 3, 2021
