inteliLIGHT® is built on open protocols, providing complete compatibility and interoperability with controllers from different manufacturers, a variety of sensors and Smart City applications. The initial phase of the Calarasi project includes the implementation of the inteliLIGHT® system over the city’s public lighting grid, laying down the foundation for the interoperability with soon-to-be-installed smart applications as environmental sensors, video cameras, panic buttons, municipal wireless and EV-chargers. The municipality decided to upgrade the lighting grid on several boulevards and large streets with LED lamps, therefore, the project is considered to be a management hybrid of older electromagnetic ballast lamps and newer electronic ballast LEDs, proving once again the flexibility and the adaptability of inteliLIGHT to any grid.
