LonMark Task Groups (TGs), the technical committees providing solutions for various industry-vertical needs, are open to all LonMark member companies and their employees. Here are a few of the happenings:
- The Automated Food-Service TG has started meeting every two weeks. Discussions are centered on profiles for the interconnection of restaurant kitchen equipment.
- The Services TG is now in the final vote of the much-anticipated Simple Scheduler profile. New profiles to start soon.
- The Utility TG will be meeting soon to begin the mapping to various smart-grid standards underway.
- The new Consulting-Specifying
Engineers TG is about to have their first meeting and is looking for interested members. If you're a CSE, let your voice be heard.
