Castle Welcomes New Business Development Manager in Quebec
Castle is pleased to announce that Mélanie Belley will be joining the Castle team as the new Business Development Manager (BDM) for the Western Quebec region. Mélanie will be taking over for Robert Legault upon his retirement at the end of 2025.
Mélanie comes to Castle with over 25 years of extensive industry experience and is looking forward to excelling at her new role. As a Castle BDM, Mélanie’s responsibilities will include the support, development and growth of Castle’s existing member base, as well as cultivating opportunities for new membership in the region.

Congratulations to Castle Business Development Manager, Western QC, Robert Legault on his upcoming retirement
After 16 years with Castle, Robert will retire from his position at the end of 2025. Castle Building Centres Group, and our Quebec members recently honoured Robert at the Castle360 meeting in Saint-Sauveur, Quebec.
Robert was celebrated for his incredible accomplishments throughout his career with Castle, and he will be remembered for his warmth and charm. Robert’s contribution to Castle’s growth in his region and his genuine connection to the members he served won’t be soon forgotten.
