TIMBER MART to Relocate B.C. Distribution Centre in 2026

 

Within the second half of 2026, TIMBER MART will be relocating from their current LBM distribution centre in Langley, B.C. to a newly purchased 45,000-square-foot facility at 26680 Gloucester Way in Langley, B.C.

“Our distribution business in Langley has seen increasing support from our B.C. membership in recent years which has compelled us to pursue greater operational efficiency,” says Bernie Owens, president and CEO of TIMBER MART. “The facility sits on a five-acre property that offers plenty of land for yard space and outdoor storage and is conveniently situated next to the Trans-Canada Highway. It’ll be a great asset for our members in B.C. and offer them all the products, services and support they’ve come to expect from us yet with more streamlined operations, convenient highway access as well as room to grow our product assortments.”

The property will be retrofitted to suit the group’s business needs in the coming months and be ready to open within the second half of 2026. This facility is one of four operated by TIMBER MART who has LBM distribution centres in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Mount Forest, Ontario and St-Nicolas, Quebec as well.
