TIMBER MART CONTINUES TO GROW IN QUEBEC
Centre de peinture Picasso Joins Group For Better Buying Power & Growth Opportunities

Located in Val-d’Or, Que. paint and hardware dealer, Centre de peinture Picasso is the fourth Quebec dealer to join TIMBER MART this year alongside: Matériaux Direct in La Pocatière, Distribution Méga Aluminium in Gatineau and Matériaux Appalaches in Lévis. Centre de peinture Picasso has joined the group in order to gain better buying power and grow their business with new product assortments.

“TIMBER MART will offer our business a diverse range of hardware and building materials at competitive prices which will allow us to offer our customers more and build our business beyond paint and accessories,” says Centre de peinture Picasso co-owner, Julie Bergeron. “TIMBER MART has a great reputation in the industry and we look forward to benefitting from all the programs they offer and growing our business as so many Quebec independents have before us.”

Offering a wide selection of building materials to contractors and builders in Prince George, British Columbia, K.G. TIMBER MART Ltd. (K.G. TIMBER MART) joins the buying group to gain strong buying power and brand recognition to develop their business.

K.G. TIMBER MART owner, Bruce Kidd has been in the construction business for over 30 years. This new building material retail business will fall under the Kidd Group of companies which owns other businesses in Prince George related to construction (i.e. K.G. Homes), real estate, fuel, convenience stores and car washes. K.G. TIMBER MART plans to serve both contractors and residential builders out of their 3,000-square-foot retail and storage buildings with a wide selection of lumber, lumber products and building materials.
