SEXTON GROUP LTD Response to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Print this Article | Send to Colleague

As you are aware, COVID-19 continues to disrupt markets around the world and has begun to impact regions where Sexton Group operates. We are taking all reasonable precautions to ensure the ongoing health and safety of our employees, our members and our suppliers. The situation is very dynamic and we will continue to adjust as necessary. Here is a summary of the measures we are currently taking:

Restricting travel and conducting virtual meetings
We have suspended all business travel and face-to-face business meetings. We will continue to conduct business with members and suppliers via teleconference or through mobile-enabled technology. If one of our staff is required to meet in person to resolve an issue or address a claim, we will respond in a safe manner. It is not our intention to inhibit business but rather to do our part to assist with “flattening the curve” of COVID-19.

Social Interaction Policy
We have adopted a strict social interaction policy. This includes adherence to physical separation guidelines, restricting the use of common areas and increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting of all high-touch areas. We are asking visitors to our office to respect our social interaction policy to provide a safe environment for both employees and visitors.

Containment
All employees have been provided clear instructions on what actions to take in the event they are exposed to COVID-19. The instructions are based on published health authority guidelines and include disclosure and self-isolation.

Please be assured that we are doing everything possible to navigate these uncertain times. We will continue to provide updates to our actions as necessary or as circumstances change.
