TAIGA ANNOUNCEMENT

 

We are pleased to announce the addition of Sven Johnson as General Manager – Flooring, based out of Calgary effective April 3, 2017.     

Sven is a passionate, business professional who has extensive experience in the wholesale distribution industry. He started from the ground up at Primco Limited where he spent 36 years, starting in the warehouse and working his way up to Territory Sales Representative and ultimately becoming a Co-owner and Shareholder. Sven brings with him vast knowledge and experience in the building material distribution business with 25+ years specifically in the floor-covering industry. He currently holds an appointment as a Director with the National Association of Floor Covering Distributors.  

Alongside his professional and career developments, you may find Sven downhill skiing, salmon fishing or hiking in the mountains on weekends, to even cheering on the Calgary Flames!  If that was not enough, you may even find him in the yoga studio in between.

We are confident that in his role as General Manager, Sven will be instrumental in our efforts to grow and expand our flooring business. Our Flooring Product Manager, Paul McDonald and our Eastern Canadian Flooring Sales Manager, Rick Churchill will be reporting directly to Sven.
