Delson, Quebec, November 10, 2014 — The Board of Directors of Goodfellow Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Denis Fraser as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2014.

Mr. Fraser has acquired extensive experience in the distribution and manufacturing sectors. Initial positions in manufacturing, marketing, strategic planning and corporate development have been supplemented by a number of senior general management roles.

Over the last five years, he has led the Quebec division of Groupe Deschenes, a leading Canadian distributor of plumbing, heating and ventilation equipment.

The initial eighteen years of his career were spent with Imperial Oil across Canada in increasingly senior production and distribution capacities. Prior to his most recent position, he spent eight years in senior management positions with Arcelor Mittal culminating as President and Chief Operating Officer of Mittal Canada.

Mr. Fraser is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and of the MBA program at McGill University. He also completed the Advanced Executive Program at Kellogg School of Management.

The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Richard Goodfellow, who is retiring from the company, for his lengthy career of dedicated service, including having served for the last twenty five years as President and CEO. He has played the key role in leading the company to its important standing within the wood products distribution and remanufacturing industry.
