TIM-BR MART Group’s Chalifour Canada Opens Doors to New Surrey Distribution Centre
 Chalifour Canada Ltd (Chalifour), TIM-BR MART Group’s (TBM) hardware, lumber, and building material distribution company, has moved from its Vancouver warehouse to a new, modern distribution centre in Surrey, British Columbia to serve its western members. The new distribution centre in Surrey will offer TIM-BR MART members a selection of builders’ hardware and lumber and building material (LBM) products, and ensure on-time, complete deliveries using the facility’s cross-dock functionality."Our hardware distribution out west has now been consolidated into Chalifour’s London (Ontario) warehouse which will allow us to offer our members a hardware product selection of more than 35,000 SKUs," says Chalifour’s General Manager, Bret Walters. "The decision to consolidate our hardware products was dependent on securing a modern cross-dock facility that would ensure our members receive the same high level of delivery service they expect from us. The distribution centre allows us to continue to offer the delivery options they expect, along with assurance that their shipments will arrive on time and complete – regardless of whether the products are warehoused in London or Surrey. The Surrey facility is more than just a warehouse; it’s an important hub for our western members."
