 Attention LBMAO MembersIMPORTANT The Ontario Legislature passed Bill 160 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act: All employees must take mandatory health and safety orientation training effective August 1, 2013 in addition to existing mandatory health and safety compliance training. The LBMAO offers online training to meet that requirement. The following courses are available and are mandatory training for all employees: • Ontario M.O.L. Worker orientation (new) • WHMIS • Bill 168 (Violence & Harassment in the Workplace) • Lift Truck (operators only) • Fall Protection (if required) • Accessibilities for Ontarians with Disabilities Visit the LBMAO website or call us for more information on our online compliance courses! MOL inspectors will be visiting workplaces to ensure compliance! |
