APPOINTS NEW PRESIDENT AND CEO Brantford, Ontario, August 3, 2012 - Mitten Inc., an International Manufacturer and Distributor of premium exterior building products, would like to announce that Ron Cauchi has been named the new President and CEO of Mitten Inc. Ron has proven to be an exceptional leader, bringing with him extensive business management experience, gained in the building products, home building, and automotive industries. Ron will be succeeding Gary Ball, former President and CEO. Though Gary has decided to focus more attention on his health and family at this time, he will be providing ongoing support to Ron in a senior advisory role. Gary and Ron will be working closely during this transition time. "We are very excited to have Ron join our company" says Gary Ball. "He is a proven leader who combines international and domestic business development experience with a broad knowledge in manufacturing.
