Kent Trusses Limited Expands its Footprint
 Earlier this year, Kent Trusses Limited announced that it was expanding its footprint in Grey & Simcoe Counties through the acquisition of T.D. Snow & Sons Inc. in Collingwood, Ontario. As a result, Kent increased its spring & summer production capacity to handle the combined requirements.Kent Trusses and T.D. Snow agreed on the terms of the transaction and moved swiftly to integrate the two organizations. Particular attention was given towards T.D. Snow and Son’s custom residential customer base. Mr. Tod De Courcy, President of T.D. Snow & Son, has joined Kent Trusses Limited as a Technical Sales Representative in its Barrie office. Existing TD Snow customers and related order production will be spearheaded by Tod. All existing and new customers will continue to receive the outstanding customer service support from the entire Kent’s organization. "I felt that this was the best opportunity for T.D. Snow and Son customers to maximize all the benefits of a state-of-the-art facility and processes of Kent’s while allowing them to receive the same personal service they have been used to for many years," said Mr. De Courcy. Operations at the Collingwood facility have ceased and significant resources were used to assist the employees through the closure. "The hands-on customer service that is provided to their clients is something we admire and strive for here at Kent Trusses. We would not have pursued a deal with T.D. Snow and Son without assurance that we would be giving their customers this same attention going forward," said President Julio Cacoilo.
