KSHE Update

Kentucky Society of Healthcare Engineers

President's Message
By Joe Taylor

I saw a Facebook post this morning that has me in stitches and thought I would share it with you. It comes from a non-profit organization that I regularly follow that exists to strengthen men and that calls them to be excellent fathers, husbands, and leaders in their families – “Rough Cut Men.” Look them up. Here’s what the post said: “I GREW UP WITH BOB HOPE, STEVE JOBS & JOHNNY CASH. NOW THERE’S NO JOBS, NO CASH AND NO HOPE. PLEASE DON’T LET ANYTHING HAPPEN TO KEVIN BACON!“

Boy has time flown by. It seems like just last week we were asking for nominations for the 2019-2020 KSHE Board and here we are again. Your KSHE Board has worked diligently to assure that we are one of the premier chapters of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers. Staying at the forefront of education and succession planning to assure the continued success of our organization and member hospitals. We need motivated individuals that are willing and committed to invest the time and energy to continue to lead KSHE forward. In the coming month information will be sent out to our membership in regards to nominating individuals, or yourself, for a position on the 2021-2022 KSHE Board.
