How to Align Your Housing Operation with Institution-wide Goals?
September 15, 2021 | 3:00 PM ET

Many colleges and universities leveraged the conditions forced upon them by the COVID-19 pandemic to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of their business models. While nearly all focused on how best to deliver academic instruction, administer daily operations, and manage their physical assets, some concentrated specifically on how student-centered auxiliaries (e.g., housing, dining, campus recreation, bookstore, etc.) needed to change to drive maximum impact.

This webinar highlights Tennessee Technological University’s (“TTU”) extensive assessment of its housing operations with the goal of increasing its capacity to drive value in alignment with the University’s overall strategic objectives related to enrollment management, curriculum enhancement, and financial/operational management strategies. TTU will discuss the drivers for its assessment, the planning process, the areas of operational focus for the assessment, organizational dynamics, and outcomes.
