– 63 webinars / virtual roundtables with a total of 6,636 registered participants.
– First-ever virtual C3X with 1,013 people in attendance, 60 ed sessions, 57 exhibitors, and booths were visited 5,140 times.
– Benchmarking launched in 2020 with 83 institutions participating. Data collection for 2021 will begin early next year.

"I chose to apply for CASP to challenge my knowledge of Campus Auxiliary Services. After failing on my first try, I continued to study on the areas I scored low in. I learned a lot about campus auxiliaries through studying for the CASP. I encourage anyone who feels they qualify, to apply for the Dr. Bob Hassmiller scholarship. Without this scholarship, I may have not been able to take the CASP exam. My advice to anyone who is thinking of signing up for the CASP exam: Do it. You know so much more than you think you do, let your score on the CASP exam prove it!"

"I see CASP as a personal recognition of all that I have learned in auxiliary services. We all tend to have an area of specialty (my background is in campus dining), but earning the CASP designation is a recognition that we are a leader in all areas of auxiliary services. It is a certification to others that we are 'masters of our craft' and I’m unbelievably proud to be a part of the team. I was lucky enough to be given an educational grant from NACAS East to earn my CASP certification. I can’t thank them enough for the ease of applying and receiving the grant. I am grateful to be a part of an association that truly represents the best of auxiliary services in higher education."
