Tomorrow is the last day that members can input their school's data (Fiscal Year 2018 and Fiscal Year 2019) for our first-ever Benchmarking survey. This data will be critical to measure the impact of COVID-19 in future years. In order to access the Benchmarking Dashboard, you must first submit your school’s data through the survey sent from Vault. Contact info@nacas.org if you have any questions or need assistance.

On your campus, you and your colleagues work hard to break new ground, implement innovation, and achieve success. Now it is time to honor these achievements by nominating yourself or someone you know for a NACAS award. Your nominations make our community a better place and ensure excellence is promoted.

This year’s nomination window closes June 26, 2020.

Making the Connection

From the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, NACAS has worked to provide you with support, education, and space to share ideas as well as be each other's support group. The time has come for NACAS to think about the future. Join NACAS leaders including CEO Kelsey Harmon Finn, NACAS President Ryan Green, and others as we talk about how NACAS is ready to take on the challenges that auxiliary services professionals will face as we head into the next phase together. Similar information will be covered at all of these events, so it is not imperative to attend all three.

From food pantries to co-op living programs to peer-to-peer counseling and everything in between, the Campus Care Grant provides financial backing up to $25,000 to programs that bridge the gaps between what students have and what they need to thrive. The NACAS Foundation developed the Campus Care Grant to expand the level of support campuses can provide to students through service delivery.

This year, in response to the global pandemic, the NACAS Foundation is encouraging more submissions that fall between the $2,000 – $5,000 range, anticipating that many institutions will have new funding needs associated with COVID-19 and student wellness.

Apply for the Campus Care Grant by July 31, 2020.

Many of our fondest offerings have been developed by volunteers including our best practice resource guides, C3X content, and field-altering research programs. We invite you to do what you can as NACAS volunteer. If that means working on a committee for a one-year term and communicating virtually, then that’s great. If it means filling a multi-year seat on a board and traveling to make strategic leadership decisions, then that’s great too! Nominate yourself or a colleague for one of the following volunteer positions on either the national or regional level.
The deadline is July 1 for Board Positions and August 14 for Committee Positions.
