Every good show has a show runner, someone to keep energy high as they drive home themes and major ideas provided during the event. This year, we will be introducing a new role amongst our usual lineup of characters to help meet those demands. Meet our new emcee, Hans Weichhart.

Hans currently serves as the Chief Relationship Officer for the Educational Theatre Association, home of the International Thespian Society, with approximately 125,000 active members and over 2 million alumni inducted since its founding in 1929. In his role, Hans provides strategic and operational oversight for all external relations and partnerships including membership, chapters, alumni, and business development.

Hans has split his professional career between working in event and entertainment operations, with companies like Walt Disney Parks & Resorts - Creative Entertainment and the Los Angeles Dodgers and in auxiliary services at UC Berkeley, CSU Sacramento & CSU Northridge, and of course, with NACAS.

With experience in both the theater and campus services worlds, Hans is the perfect fit to lead us through the C3X program.

See you in Orlando!
