On The Road: Bristol Community College
May 22, 2015 – 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. ET

Bristol Community College invites you to NACAS East’s On The Road presentation: Serving Commuter Students through Internal and External Partnerships. Your visit to BCC will begin with registration and refreshments, followed by a presentation about BCC partnerships. Learn about our relationships with contracted vendors for dining (FAME Culinary), vending (Elite Vending), bookstore (Follett), and child care (Boyd Center). We’ll consider the importance of internal partnerships with information technology services, culinary arts, fiscal services, facilities, etc. We will discuss our Campus Card program, which began in Fall 2006. A campus tour through several auxiliary departments will culminate in the Faculty Staff Lounge where we will enjoy lunch and networking/roundtable discussions. The program will wrap up at around 2:30 p.m. Learn more

June 7 – 10, Philadelphia, PA

VCU Business Services invites you to NACAS East’s On the Road presentation "We Serve Rams!: A Glimpse into VCU’s Award-winning Services." The visit will highlight VCU’s facilities and the critical success factors that keep business services relevant at an urban university. While on campus, the VCU Business Services team will provide an overview of marketing and promotions, business operations, outreach/advocacy, and value-added services for its dining and technology store, RamTech. Your visit to VCU will include a presentation, a driving and walking tour of the Business Services locations, and lunch at Shafer Court Dining Center. Learn more

Certification

Start preparing for recertification!
After you take and pass the certification exam, you are a CASP for four years. To renew your CASP status, you must meet the CASP recertification requirements. Recertification requires four actions: submit your professional development plan, obtain activity credits, submit recertification application, and pay the recertification application fee.
