Visiting Montréal has never been easier.
Don't let misconceptions or misinformation discourage you from attending the 2014 NACAS Annual Conference! Montréal is the perfect opportunity to travel internationally without any hassle. Some common concerns we have heard and countered are:

It will be too cold. The early October weather in Montréal is very similar to the weather of an East Coast fall. Temperatures range from an average daytime high of 59° F to an evening low of 41° F. The leaves change to vibrant hues in Montréal, so you'll be sure to enjoy the foliage!

I won't understand the language. French is the official language of Quebec, but the city of Montréal is bilingual. There will be no problem communicating with the people of Montréal, and most infrastructure around the conference will be in both English and French.

Customs is confusing. Once you enter Canada, you will be asked to declare any goods you wish to bring into the country. It is a simple process and some airlines will have you fill out your customs card on the plane to speed up the declarations process.
