NuStar Energy L.P. has sold eight of its oil storage terminals--a combined 14.8 million barrels of storage capacity--for $250 million to Sunoco LP. New Orleans-based International-Matex Tank Terminals (IMTT) will expand its Geismar, Louisiana marine terminal with additional tanks, pipelines, and dock infrastructure to accommodate feedstocks for renewable products. At its July 30 Board meeting in Portland, Maine, the ILTA Board of Directors voted to approve a set of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Principles.
