The ILTA Gasoline Distribution Working Group is continuing its work regarding a new rule being developed by the U.S. EPA to potentially further limit emissions of hazardous air pollutants associated with gasoline distribution equipment and infrastructure. ILTA welcomed OSHA's extension of the release of the proposed rule to June 2022 rather than the previous deadline of December 2021. This extension will allow ILTA to provide more information to EPA to indicate the costs of different levels of lowered emissions standards.
