SUMMARY:
This notice announces that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has forwarded the Information Collection Request (ICR), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number 1652-0047, abstracted below to OMB for review and approval of a revision of the currently approved collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The ICR describes the nature of the information collection and its expected burden. The collection involves the submission of biographic and biometric information that TSA uses to verify identity and conduct a security threat assessment (STA) for the TWIC® Program, and a customer satisfaction survey.

SUMMARY:
In the Federal Register of January 11, 2021, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed updates and adjustments to the 2018 fees rule established under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This document extends the comment period for 30 days from February 25, 2021 to March 27, 2021.

DATES:
The comment period for the proposed rule published at 86 FR 1890 on January 11, 2021, is extended. Comments, identified by docket identification (ID) number EPA-HQ-OPPT-2020-0493, must be received on or before March 27, 2021.

Five-Year Review of the Oil Pipeline Index

SUMMARY:
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) issues this Final Order concluding its five-year review of the index level used to determine annual changes to oil pipeline rate ceilings. The Commission establishes an index level of Producer Price Index for Finished Goods plus 0.78% (PPI-FG+0.78%) for the five-year period commencing July 1, 2021.

EPA has received public health exemption requests from the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food (UDAF) and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) to use the pesticide benzene, 1-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-ethenyl-, polymer with ethenylbenzene and 2-methyl-1,3-butadiene, sulfonated (referred to as BIAXAM Polymer) (CAS No. 1637665-77-0) to treat nonporous, non-food-contact surfaces associated with the interior of aircraft and airports to control the new novel Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). The applicants propose the use of a new chemical which has not been registered as a pesticide by EPA. EPA is soliciting public comment before making the decision whether or not to grant the exemptions.
