ILTA President Opines on OSHA’s New Interpretation of PSM for Some Butane Blending

ILTA President Kathryn Clay opined on the Occupational and Safety Health Administration’s new interpretation of process safety management standards for certain butane blending in a January 17 piece in BIC Magazine’s online edition. This new interpretation of the standard has the potential to greatly impact terminals and gasoline prices.
