An overview of “EJ basics” will be provided, including communities or populations focused upon EHS indicators and indexes, EJ impact assessment, and implications for terminal permitting, compliance, enforcement and public participation. • EJ terminology and metrics,
  • EJ tools and data, and
  • Basics for identifying, assessing, and mitigating site-specific and company-wide EJ risk.
