Magellan Sells Partial Interest in Pasadena Terminal JV for $270 Million

Magellan Midstream has sold nearly half its membership stake in the Pasadena marine terminal joint venture, MVP Terminalling, for about $270 million to an unknown buyer. Magellan retains about 25% of MVP Terminalling and remains operator of the facility.
