As you may have seen, ILTA has rescheduled its Annual Operating Conference and Trade Show to October 4-6, 2021 in Houston. While we plan to return to our traditional May or June timeframe for the show in 2022, for this year coming, we've opted to move the event to later in the year to give our exhibitors, speakers and attendees better certainty for their planning purposes in light of the continued uncertainties surrounding COVID-19.

Across industries, many organizers have cancelled events that had been planned through the second quarter of 2021. Many of these groups have attributed their decisions to the expected timeline to develop and distribute a COVID-19 vaccine nationwide.

We were fortunate to work with our partners at the George R. Brown Center and the Marriott Marquis in Houston to secure these new dates. This decision positions us to provide the high-quality experience that our exhibitors, partners and member companies have come to rely upon each year. ILTA is looking forward to bringing our industry back together in person next year for three days of educational enrichment, networking and demonstrations of new goods and services.

In other developments, we hope that you are enjoying our 2020 Member Directory & Resource Guide, which was sent out the third week of October. An online version of the directory is also available on our website here.

Finally, to our terminal members, I hope you can join us on November 12 at 10 a.m. Eastern Time for our first-ever virtual annual membership meeting. As a reminder, this meeting is open only to terminal members. To register, please contact Meredith DeZemler at mdezemler@ilta.org.
