ILTA on March 12 submitted comments on the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency’s Division of Air Pollution Control’s January 2020 Draft Engineering Guide #8 – Compliance Tests at Bulk Gasoline Terminals. Specifically, ILTA requested that OHEPA remove requirements for testing that are inconsistent with 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart XX. More specifically, ILTA requested that OHEPA remove options 3.a and 3.b from the Engineering Guide and to allow compliance testing to be in accordance with the Subpart XX requirements. Envirospec, on behalf of Buckeye, CITGO and Energy Transfer, made a request for the same revisions back in April 2018.
