As I approach the two-month mark in my position as Executive Director at IPRA, I continue to enjoy meeting so many of the members from all over the state. Park and recreation professionals are doing a fantastic job across Illinois in serving our communities, working together and providing opportunities for recreation. NEWS YOU CAN USE
Klyde Warren Park will serve as a central gathering space for Dallas and its visitors to enjoy in the heart of the city. The 5.2-acre deck park will create an urban green space over the existing Woodall Rodgers Freeway between Pearl and St. Paul streets in downtown Dallas. Plans include a performance pavilion, restaurant, a dog park, a children’s park, water features, an area for games and much more.
