The Twilight Run features the largest contingent of runners with a physical or visual impairment, divisions for runners, manual wheelchairs, track chairs and handcycles and awards by division and age categories.

All proceeds benefit GLASA, the Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association, which provides year-round sports and recreation programs for children and adults with physical or visual disabilities in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
