As you may know, IPRA works with the Management Association, a local not-for-profit Employers’ Association, to provide periodic training programs and other human resources support.
You are encouraged to participate in their 2017 Non-Profit Survey. It is open for participation through October 14 and the published results will help your organization remain competitive in the employment market.
Survey results are free to participants. This link will provide some background on the survey and allow you to become a survey participant.
