NRPA Housing Information
What does this mean? On this date any available rooms will be released into the general inventory. The link below will still be accessible, but all rooms are based on availability and will no longer be held specifically for our group. Please ensure ALL attendees booking rooms into your block have the following USER NAME and PASSWORD: USER NAME: illinois PASSWORD: grounds ALL individual names must be reserved into your block prior to end of business June 28th. Any rooms remaining in your block after June 28th will be released for general sale. CHANGES/SUBSTITUTIONS/CANCELLATIONS: If you or your delegate require any type of modification or cancellation to their reservation you can do so online by clicking on "modify a reservation" beneath the States Housing Reservations section. Please have your WEB ID accessible (can be found on your confirmation), as it is required to make changes to your record. In addition, modifications and changes can be sent in via email or fax to 972-349-7715. Any requests for additional rooms will be honored, based upon availability. In order to confirm your most current information, you must continue to make all inquiries and changes with NRPA Housing/Wyndham Jade and not the hotel.
