She has a B.S. in education from Loyola University in Chicago, and more than 14 years of teaching experience. She spent eight years at the Northwest Suburban Special Education Organization, based in Arlington Heights, an Illinois public school special education cooperative, working with students with disabilities. A mother of four, Roback is passionate about instilling a love of learning in children. "We are dedicated to providing a happy and nurturing atmosphere where your children can develop a positive self-image and build the foundation for their future educational endeavors," said Roback. "Kelly is a perfect fit with our early education team," said Karyn Roth, recreation supervisor. "Her teaching experiences will help promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our pre-school children."
